The need for additional in-patient hospice beds came to the forefront two years ago when a group of prominent individuals in the Henderson community approached Nathan Adelson Hospice to discuss the need for an in-patient facility in their community. An Adult Care facility will also be included as part of the campus.
The explosive growth of Henderson has made this area a prime location. The Mayor of Henderson and the Henderson City Council felt so strongly that both of these facilities would be a perfect addition to the community that they have provided the land for the construction of this project.
