Vice President of Employee & Volunteer Solutions

Rosamari McNulty is pleased to serve as Vice President of Employee & Volunteer Solutions for Nathan Adelson Hospice.  She has over 20 years of experience of increasingly complex responsibilities in the human resources field.

Prior to joining Nathan Adelson Hospice, Ms. McNulty served as Director of Human Resources for University Health System, the Clinical Practice of the University of Nevada School of Medicine where she was responsible for all human resources, training and development activities. Ms. McNulty’s experience also includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Phoenix and the Director of Human Resources for Lake Mead Hospital Medical Center.

Ms. McNulty received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing, University of Puerto Rico and her Master of Science in Hotel Administration, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has earned Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) Trainer.

Ms. McNulty is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a past Board Member for the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association where she served as the Hospitality Chairperson and the Best Places to Work Chairperson for two years. She currently serves on the United Way of Southern Nevada Women’s Leadership Council as a Member at Large, and co-chaired the Volunteerism Committee from July 2015 through June of 2017.
