She has extensive experience in major gifts fundraising and building development programs, along with strong leadership skills and strategic planning abilities.

Caleen Norrod Johnson, CFRE
Caleen Johnson, CFRE, serves as the Executive Director of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation. Ms. Johnson is a seasoned and passionate leader, able to inspire organizations to achieve and surpass their goals. She is well known for her ability to cultivate lasting relationships with donors, business and community leaders, internal colleagues, volunteers, and board members.
Chief Nursing Officer
Angela Collins, RN, MBA, serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Nathan Adelson Hospice. She is responsible for leading and supervising all nursing operations and business development of the nonprofit hospice, implementing the organization’s strategic plans and maintaining compliance with regulations of accrediting bodies.
Chief Financial Officer
Liz Vandenberg serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Nathan Adelson Hospice. She has over 20 years of experience as a results-oriented leader, focused on fostering collaborative relationships, building effective teams, and delivering strong financial results. Ms. Vandenberg is originally from Venezuela and moved to the US in 1987 to pursue a graduate degree. She has two children, Alexander and Victoria, and she enjoys traveling, indoor cycling and pilates training.
